best blogs
Members of the blogosphere constantly look for the most popular blogs to see what other folks are reading. Where does someone go to find these top-notch blogs?
The best place to look is Technorati's "Top 100 Blogs," which is updated on an hourly basis. The Top 100's rankings are based on a blog's "Technorati Authority" which is defined as "the number of blogs linking to a website in the last six months."
Another place blog readers can see a list of top blogs is by venturing to eBizMBA. eBizMBA provides a monthly Top 30 list where rankings come from "a combination of Inbound Links from Yahoo Site Explore (entire site not including internal pages), Alexa Rank, and Compete and Quantcast U.S. Unique Monthly visitor data. Blogs that are only a part of a non-Blog site are not included (i.e. Google Blogs)."
Of course, if you have the time and want to do the research yourself, you can do exactly what Blogcritics writer Eric Berlin did and create your own Top 10 List to share with the world!
