    Flint needs to go green now

    Like the Incredible Hulk, Flint and Genesee County need to go green. Bio-gas for heating and buses. Fuel cells, electricity and natural gas for cars. Wind and solar for power. Even mangoes, banana peels and tin can for our flux capacitors. Hey, if it worked in "Back to the Future" it can work here.

    According to the DoE (U.S. Department of Energy), via Green Car Congress1, there are renewed efforts by NGVTF (Natural Gas Vehicle Technology Forum) “to develop and deploy commercially competitive natural gas engines, vehicles, and infrastructure,” to include hybrid natural gas vehicles.
