I got the following SMS from ‘ACP-Traffic‘ a couple hours ago: Due to water logging, traffic to international Airport is diverted at Mekhri circle. Traffic moving slowly - Bangalore Traffic Police. Other people have confirmed receiving the same message. I never registered for any such service anywhere.
