Well, I had rather a blow-out on Friday as it was TN’s birthday and we went for a gorgeous posh meal.  It was well worth it though - and I HAVE been quite good the rest of the time.  In fact, yesterday was my first weigh-in and I’ve lost 1kg…which I think is quite good really.
