I’ll say one thing for VP candidate Sarah Palin, people sure are interested in her eyeglasses. News stories, blogs, TV hosts, everyone seems to have something to say about Palin’s look and especially about her designer eyeglasses.

In a new MTV poll for Best Pop Video Of All Time, Duran Duran took the top spot for their 80’s hit Rio. The famous music video from 1982, featuring the band members frolicking with models on a yacht, took the number one spot with around 40,000 MTV viewers voting in the poll.

  Australian Supermodel Elle Macpherson, 44, topped the poll of 3,000 women carried out by British high street store Debenhams.  Her nickname isn’t ‘The Body’ for nothing!  Elle rose to fame in the 80s mainly for her six cover appearances on Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue and has and has continued to grow thanks to successful stints working for Versace, Dior, Prada and many others.
