The main way bloggers seem to find out about Plastic Surgery is via the blogs featuring Celebrity Plastic Surgery. While the bloggers usually put their own bias into the mix, the discussion is lively and any celebrity seems to be a fair target.

The main themes seems to be:

(1) Who has had what procedure?

(2) Who looks better or worse because of a procedure?

(3) Who might be able to use some surgery to fix something?

(4) Who might have had too much surgery?

Generally it is just "snarkiness" at it's online finest. Is it any kind of online education in plastic surgery? Occasionally. Mostly it's entertainment.
