Chemical dependence

What would happen to me if I lost my insurance or the world as we know it changed in some fundamental way? Could I stay alive? I’m very grateful that I no longer need supplemental oxygen. I started taking it last July after having a remarkable panic attack in the Byways cafe on NW Glisan, when they failed to bring me my poached eggs on time. This made me angry, which on low blood sugar associated with a hangover, triggered the beast.
