Get down to Darling Harbour and enjoy the the 4th Chalk Urban Art Festival, where fashion and art blur and merge into one. The pavement artists have 4 days to create their pieces of art on the forecourt of Tumbalong Park and the Chinese Gardens, just across from Pyrmont Village.

If you have read my previous post I wrote about street art artist like Julian Beever and Banksy before, here I introduce to you another talented street painter from Madrid, Spain.. Eduardo Relero, he has made the street of Spain into his own playground to create really awesome work of arts just by using a chalk.

One of my favourite local art exhibitions is the Chalk Urban Art Festival. There’s just something so beautiful about seeing such amazing works that you know will never last once the elements attack. This Thursday 35 artists armed with only coloured chalk will transform a two by three metre space of cement into an incredible artwork.

If you go to a lot of comic book conventions then you might have been lucky enough to view the "mural" artwork of Eric Maruscak in person. Eric creates HUGE works of art, in chalk, on the sidewalks near many events. The photo up above shows one he did recently. It features The Dark Knight, Indiana Jones, & Ironman.
