Peaches and Cheese

First dinner in Seattle (again)

Making chevre cheese from our home-milked goat milk

And she also shares our family's love of goat cheese. This being the case, when she saw that our family didn't make it back up to the Berkshires over the weekend, she went to Rawson Brook Farm and bought me some delicious Thyme and Olive Oil Chevre.
