Chocolate and chocolate candy have been favorites of people all over the world for as long as it's been since it was figured out that the little cocoa bean was such a tasty little seed (not a vegetable or legume). Why do so many enjoy the candy that is made from dark or milk chocolate? Probably because it releases neurotransmitters in the brain that give you a low-grade euphoria (it doesn't make you high, folks).

Organic dark chocolate is known for its antioxidants. So, if your chocolate fix is leaning too much towards its "milky" sister, try dark (with no sugar added) instead so you can rationalize that at least you are eating something with some health benefits.

If you ever delve into making chocolate candy, you have a lot of choices. Do you want chocolate covered strawberries? Anyone for some fudge? Want to try your hand at chocolate popcorn? How about making chocolate suckers? Go get your chocolate supplies and get to it!
