Book Review; Sign of the Cross, Chris Kuzneski

Yet another tale in the Dan Brown “Da Vinci” style. The biggest threat to Christianity in its history, yet another villain with unbelievable motives, particularly gruesome murders and innocents abroad. Oh yes, and two heroes who save the day. No wonder Clive Cussler said nice things about the novel.

    Treasure

    http://www.pussreboots.pair.com/ blog/ 2008/ 05.html#treasure

When I need a mental vacation like to travel with Dirk Pitt. I haven't read all of the series and what I've read hasn't been order but I still enjoy the books. My most recent read was Treasure (1988). Treasure has all the usual adventure story stuff: buried treasure, sunken treasure, espionage, kidnappings, car chases, and so forth.

    Thriller 2!

If you love thrillers and short stories, you're gonna love this! Back in 2006 International Thrill Writers released an anthology of thriller short stories from some of the best in the business. Thriller was edited by James Patterson, the thriller writing machine himself and featured stories by the likes of Robert Liparulo, Dave Morrell, Lincoln Child & Douglas Preston and many others.

Treasure of Khan By Clive Cussler

Treasure of Khan By Clive Cussler January 12th, 2008 Having never read Clive Cussler before I must admit I was drawn into buying it by the great picture on the cover. A Fokker called Blessed Betty which is in the process of crashing in flames has that kind of Dick Barton, Biggles feel to it.

    Back to work

Today was technically my first day back to work from a 2 week holiday vacation. It was a nice and much needed vacation but was not ready to come back today. School of course started back up as well so had to get Chase to school and back in that routine as well.

    The Second Annual "Meg" Awards

    http://megalithbooks.blogspot.com/ 2007/ 12/ second-annual-meg-awards.html

It's time to take a look at the best of 2007. Like last year, these won't necessarily be books that were released in 2006, but fairly recent books I read during the past year. Comeback of the Year Treasure of Khan by Clive and Dirk Cussler The downturn that began with everything after the prologue
