I had a DVD from the Birthmark Support Group the other day, so I thought it was worth a quick think. You can categorise birthmarks according to the type of cells affected. Very simply think red marks = vascular, brown marks = skin and yellow marks = glands as a rough guide.

For a long time, I quit running. Why? I guess I just lost the drive. I was doing well. I enjoyed my first 5K, ran for a while after that, but then it got hot and I got lazy. “Busy” was the excuse, but that is just an excuse. So, I’m running again. Sometimes you question a persons motivation to commit a fraud. Most people would assume that physicians are reasonably well compensated - maybe not rich - but generally paid well. Apparently that is not the case for Charles Frank Skripka, Jr., age 66, who today (April 14, 200 was sentenced to 78 months in federal prison for his role in a massive health care fraud.

I've redone a big chunk of www.refreshyourimage.net. It still needs some work, but I'm ready to officially go live with it by advertising it in our newsletter. If anyone sees anything that needs to be fixed up on it, let me know. Again, BIG thanks to Don and Gene for the graphics.

Don, I hope you see this. I'll email you also. I was doing one last proof of the brochure before I approved it to be printed and I found some inaccuracies in our last-minute text changes. I can't edit the text, so here are the changes: Opening paragraph on the inside left.

I'm thinking that we should use Don's very cool stuff from the brochure on the refresh your image website. It would be great to have everything looking consistent. It would also be a quick way to dress up the site. Does that sound good, Phil? Would you like to work on that or round up some help?

Originally it looked like we would only be able to stream one of the breakout sessions live because we only have one streaming unit. Well it looks like we may be able to stream all four breakout sessions live simultaneously.
