Hats off to you, sir! I dont believe that good deeds always get rewarded and bad deeds always get punished. But what you have done is making the world a better place to live, just like a whiff of fresh air, a slice of sunshine, etc.1 hour ago -

You did the right thing. I am "almost completely" sure I would have done the same thing, but I have never been confronted with this much of a score. The closest I have come is when I got a roll of SBAs at the bank when I asked for halves (brought them back the next day) and when the old guys at the coin shop mess ...1 hour ago -

Quote from: Darth Walker on Today at 04:14:31 PM Well, I could not believed my eyes when I saw them on the garage sale table. No one was interested in buying them. No one was even looking at them. Got them for $60 the two of them. The owner of the coins told me well they are worth $50 each so give me $60 for each. ...3 hours ago -

Quote from: silvereagle78 on Yesterday at 07:58:24 AM Congrats, That is a nice mixture of nickels. I am most impressed with the 1979-S proof. I once posted a thread a while back asking if people ever found impaired proof nickels and it seemed as nobody really had. Your 1979-S has two types one with a ...6 hours ago -

I was dumping sme change today, and I got a 1963a 20 dollar bill. I thought that was great, even though its not really a crh find. You dont see that very often. Also got a 1995 dollar bill, which is also not seen often. I might have to see what theyve got in coins.6 hours ago -

I actually live in a very large metropolitan area. I hit every bank I can. On a typical day I will try to hit between ten and twenty banks. I have developed sort of a route so that I can hit different suburbs of the city I live near each week. I have found many, many marked rolls so I know I am not the only ...6 hours ago -

This happened to me early on with a smaller bank chain locally that has been in financial problems. I took it at face value and figured they are trying to remove any expenses from their system to remain soluable. Id recommend looking for a larger robust chain to do your business with.13 hours ago -

Our system is to search a box of halves, keep track of the ones we remove, and replace them with extras we keep on hand. Each bag has $500.00 or weighs about 26 pounds. Were bringing in 5 bags today but the usual amount is 3 or 4 at a time.16 hours ago -
