So many people have been asking me lately about promoting their lenses so today I'm featuring Promoting Your Lens Outside Of Squidoo by jeffwend who also happens to be a Giant Squid, Squid Angel and a Citizen Squid!

I know I do! Why not create a lens that's an ode to Squidoo? Tell us why you stay up until 3am creating lenses, or how come you can't concentrate at work because you're think up ideas for your next lens. It's OK to admit you have a problem. Squidoo Addiction may not be curable but it sure is fun! Here's my ode to Obsessive Compulsive Squidooing or OCS.

I have a cold, and I believe that our dear daughter passed it along to me. Lucas seems to have it, too, because this morning on our way to Dunkin’ Donuts, I had to pull over two times in order to give him a Kleenex and make sure that he wiped his nose. It’s definitely a head cold … my ears, nose, and throat feel sore as well as my entire head.

Gee whiz guys, why didn't any of us think of this sooner? You know Swarovski crystals, those fancy, shiny pieces of glass that kind of look like diamonds but are much cheaper? Let's put them in contact lenses! Sure, it's essentially putting shards of glass on your eye, but it's just so cool looking!

I created a political polling lens on January 4, 2008 and now it's on fire! It's basically a series of polls about the Presidential Election, the issues and who people think is going to be the next President of the United States. Lenses that utilize the Poll Module are easy and fun to set up.

I am an avid Genealogist and with the help of my mom traced our family history back to the 1700's. I blogged about this awhile ago on my personal blog but thought it was worth sharing again for potential Giants. I am also on the Board of Directors of the my Alumnae Association and we have been looking for a way to put the school history online for awhile now.
