Although timber is a renewable, natural material we are using the resources at such an alarming rate that they may cease to be sustainable. The tropical rainforests are fast disappearing and, in the West, acid rain and the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers are damaging vast tracts of woodland.

My digital camera is not currently in commission.  The batteries are dead.  I keep buying new ones and they die too fast, darn it!  I am sooo wanting to share some things with you from this week here on my blog but can’t until I get new batteries.
