Why I Hate Costco
http://www.middleclassnobody.com/ 2008/ 04/ why-i-hate-costco.htmlWith food prices on the rise, buying in quantity seems like a prudent strategy. But nothing will induce me to shop at Costco. Let's face it, Costco encourages consumption and promotes wastefulness. Illegal Pharmaceuticals
http://sharonspeaks.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ illegal-pharmaceuticals.htmlI got carded today. No, no, not for booze. The two liquor stores we have here in town know me. One of them even knows where I live. Seriously. Awhile back I was somewhat negligent in paying my tab, so the owner just hopped into his car and came right to my house. Luckily we were friends.

KitchenAid Owner… For a Week
http://www.mattbielich.com/ ?p=66Yes, I was a proud owner of a KitchenAid stand mixer - for just over a week! It was only with a heavy heart that I returned the mixer back to Costco tonight after giving it a week to “break in”. Something had to be wrong with the motor, because it sounded awful and was so loud I couldn’t use it past quiet hours for fear of upsetting the neighbors.

Better Computing Solutions: The Future of Linux
http://motd.ambians.com/ news/ better-computing-solutions-future-linuxTake most people in the market for a new computer. Put them in places like Costco or Best Buy - what do you think they will end up with? A new Ubuntu box from Dell? Nope. A Mac? Not even close. In reality, it will likely be something from HP, and it will be clearly designed for the Vista release of

Where in the World is IG?
http://irongirl01.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ where-in-world-is-ig.htmlWow, doesn't seem like its been a week since I last posted. Only one horse in my exactas made the top two (Big Brown) and the others were 5th and 6th or around there (Pyro and Colonel John).
