Cru is a popular raw food restaurant in eastside Los Angels that provides an extensive array of raw and cooked vegan dishes. The menu offers change periodically as chef Vincent Krimmel likes to prepare original combinations of old-school cooking techniques and avantgarde raw and vegan specials, to create unique and enticing dishes.

At the time of this writing, their raw menu highlights include raw soup, rubbed kale salad and raw nori hand rolls (which consists of "daikon-cashew rice, raw teriyaki coconut filet, pea shoots, sprouts, with wasabi aioli and shaved watermelon radish") and many more.

Some of their famous cooked dishes are "Body Ecology" (which contains Austrian sweet potato, Styrian pumpkin seed oil, house-made sauerkraut, and mixed greens), as well as corn spaghetti with black-truffle sauce (containing "brown rice spaghetti with black truffle, crimini mushroom, and a bed of greens with lemon-walnut vinaigrette").

Cru is located at 1521 Griffith Park Avenue, Silverlake CA 90026.
