Customer satisfaction is an unclear and theoretical concept. The actual state of customer satisfaction will vary from person to person and on the product or service. Customer satisfaction, as a business term, is the measure of how products or services supplied by a company meet or exceed customer expectation.

The latest statistics show that satisfied customers tell five other people about their good treatment and that the cost of acquiring a new customer is five to seven times greater than retaining current ones. Bloggers understand the value of
customer satisfaction and write a lot about it at sites like the step to call center blog.
