DHT is a metabolite of testosterone and is considered to be one of the major factors in hair loss and male pattern baldness. DHT or Dihydrotestosterone is 3 times more potent than testosterone. It is an important part of the development of male sexual characteristics including the development of hair, sex drive and muscle development.
