I've heard about it but never seen it...the long lost episode of Dirty Jobs in which the crew crashes a boat and sinks $100,000 worth of video equipment. I was wasn't expecting to see it tonight while watching the episode about gathering Alligator eggs...but when it came to that point in the show I knew instantly what it was and I sat up and paid attention.

Getting in touch with blue collar Americans I think an easy way for Obama to gain the support of blue collar workers would be to recruit Mike Rowe. Over the past few years he has gained the respect of the working class with his show "Dirty Jobs".

Discovery Channel’s Shark Week 2008 aired from July 27 until August 1st and our favorite dirty guy, Mike Rowe checked out some jobs the really bite! Dirty Jobs Shark Week originally aired on Tuesday, July 29th and followed Mike to the edge of the Arctic Circle to search for the Greenland shark.

As fans of Discover Channel’s Dirty Jobs show will tell you, Mike Rowe is one gorgeous hunk of beefcake. At Bearotic we quite agree! Rowe has grown heterosexual men write him about their man-crushes. It seems like more often than not Mike finds some excuse to take his shirt off in the show.

My supervisor told me today that I was doing a good job, that I was a good adjuster. “Your biggest problems, from what I can tell, are that you’re underappreciated and that you have a lack of confidence in yourself.” Not a bad supe review, I think.

Okay, I didn’t like the last one that much. It was relaxing and serene, but very bland. I’m liking this one better - mostly because it has a bit more of a scrapping feel to it. I’ve got more work to do on it to make it better. I need to re-do the logo a bit and see about moving the body over to the right just a smidge.

Guys like having dirty jobs, and guys like the show Dirty Jobs. Nothing says, "I'm a man, like getting dirty." It's true, there are men our there who don't like being dirty. They prefer things like pedicures, manicures, and Pilates. Dirty jobs with Mike Rowe features men at their best....
