dollhouse
Dollhouse is a television show which first premiered in 2009. Created by Joss Whedon, it tells the story about a secret organization which hides behind a seemingly benign facade. With bureaus all over the world, the Dollhouse lets people hire actives, referred to as dolls, for whatever purpose desired. An extra element is the science fiction angle to allow writers a chance for experimentation with unique plot twists and multifaceted characters.
Those who blog are fascinated with the idea of someone volunteering to make themselves a blank slate so a service can be provided for another. The notion of a master puppeter who runs the ultimate setup is grounds for much blog fodder. It parodies modern day office environments where minions never quite know what they are in for on a daily basis.
Anybody who blogs about this show tends to have others reply to what was written in the first place. They have their pet theories about what took place on an episode, and what could be coming up. This is why those in the entertainment industry mention Dollhouse as part of their weekly group of blogs.

Like an awful lot of film and TV geeks, and just plain geeks, I’m a pretty big Joss Whedon fan.
