Easter holidays are big deal in my family. In most families – unless the family is very religious – the Easter holiday is something that comes and goes without much notice. You might have an Easter egg hunt, get a chocolate Easter bunny, and eat chicken and eggs for lunch, but that is about it.

We here at painkiller.org were recently made aware of an In Touch Ministries link-back to Adam’s post about The Son of God and a (nearly equally improbable) rabbit with a propensity for colored chicken eggs. This link-back was mistakenly deleted before further information could be obtained.

So... walking back from the garden store this afternoon, Anthony and I come across 8 men in plushy, pink bunny suits on the corner of Castro and 18th Streets. They are all holding beautiful red roses and waving at cars and people as they walk or drive by, smiling and hopping up and down.

What comes between Easter and Mother's Day? This post, apparently.  ;o) This blog is becoming a holiday affair... Quite unintentially, I assure you.   But since I make a lot of peeps as holiday gifts, it's just been happening that way. I'm busting out of that mold today, though.

I'm a tad late posting this horror I spotted at the Godiva store in NYC (Grand Central) back when Jammie and I met for Spankfest 2008; but I can't wait a whole year to post it next Easter. You need to know NOW. Isn't it horrible?
