eco fashion
Eco Fashion is an ecological approach to clothing that takes into account the environment and the health of consumers, and the working conditions of people in the fashion industry. It's a mix of sustainable, green, and ethical ideals presented in an aesthetically-minded way.
This fashion movement came about as a response to consumer interest in environmentally friendly products, and stems from the perceived environmental crisis.
Materials used in the creation of eco fashion include low impact and natural textiles such as organic cotton, silk, wool, hemp, linen, and sometimes bamboo. These materials are often certified as organic or sustainable by independent evaluators.
