erotic

Erotic is a term that could describe a state of arousal or sexual energy. Besides the "feeling," it may also describe an object. The object, often created by a human, generally serves to incite the state of arousal or sexual energy.

There is often debate whether something is erotic or whether it is just pornography.

For some people, something that is erotic is also pornographic. For these individuals, they are one and the same.

On the other hand, some people that consider something to be erotic, others would consider to be pornographic, and vice versa. In general, pornography is looked upon as more hardcore or raunchy, while eroticism is an innate human desire.

For those that want to bring more "eroticism" into their individual lives or relationships, they may turn to external means such as a sexual toy, an adult DVD or a massage.
