Are you one of those people who only like vegetables if they are deep fat fried with sugar sprinkles on them? Or maybe you are one of those people who just take the box of donuts into the bathroom with you when you go on break at work?

Well, if you are, never fear. There are quick weight loss programs that really work. And they don't consist of planting a tape worm in your lower intestine or even stapling your stomach closed.

If you want to lose weight fast, you need to start doing some simple things. First, count calories. You can have calories, you just can't have too many of them. Find out how much a person of your height and body mass SHOULD be consuming and then only eat that many calories every day. Second, find a workout program that works for you and stick to it. Consistency is more important than intensity. Remember, some of this stuff is not rocket science. You don't need to hold a focus group to figure out what is takes to lose weight. Just use your head and go to work.
