Not only does everybody want to get a good deal on a purchase, they secretly want to get something for free. But, then when the free offers come, they smell a fish. People act similarly when they hear or read the phrase lose weight fast.

Fat burning can be accomplished, but be careful not to take drastic measures, and diets are rarely effective and/or reasonable. Yo — if you try to starve yourself, yo — it doesn't work. Your body will compensate after the famine by storing excess fat reserves.

Burning fat is readily achieved when following some common sense rules in moderation. First, eat breakfast (and don't skip meals)! Eating breakfast kick starts your metabolism for the day. Second, reduce your calorie intake, but not by much (10-15% is plenty). Third, eat many (5 to 6) smaller meals rather than pigging out 3 times a day. This keeps your insulin levels more stable. Fourth, don't eat before bed. This should be a no-brainer. You don't burn much in the way of calories when you're asleep! And fifth, hot foods and spices can speed up your metabolism. Don't burn your innards to ashes, but do tingle your taste buds!
