To commemorate the beginning of my first food item, it’s no surprise I chose to visit my personal favourite Fish-head curry in Singapore! . . I Headed straight down to race course road with fellow food bug Jackie, Muthu’s is conveniently located near Farrer Park MRT (NEL).

The whole Floundering Flounder Society is floundering, but of course they would be. Their name says it all, and look at their motto - "Flat Fish with Flat Attitudes". All of the fish who use the clown stretch car are members, so they came to the emergency meeting in the usual way.

The only way to enjoy your fish head curry - with your fingers Sighhhhhhh! It has been a long week since I blogged. As usual life got in the way i.e. things, which we can't plan for, like funerals and catching a flu. I'm still slowly getting over my flu bug.

We had our lunch first before headed out for Matta Fair at PWTC. Of the many choices available, we settled for curry fish head at Cheong Hin, supposed to be a branch of the famous Puchong’s. I once read about this shop from a blog, but I can’t recall the link.
