We use the word fit or fitness as a way of describing how able we are to perform tasks of a physical nature. Unless a person is attempting to become a member of the armed forces or the emergency services it is not usual for there to be specific criteria by which a person is measured, it is more the criteria that a person sets themselves that will come into play when determining how fit a person is. One of the most popular ways to stay fit is to workout.

In its most primitive form fitness is associated with attractiveness and sexual compatibility though this is an assumption that is debatable to say the least. This is the primary reason why products for colon cleansing and weight loss products such as acai berry are so popular. Obesity is on the rise daily in the US.

The weight loss and fitness genre is very  popular amongst  bloggers since health is more popular than ever. The Trying Fitness is a resource designed to provide daily and weekly insights into staying fit.
