Fitness is defined as being of good health and physical condition. There is an estimated 1 billion overweight adults in the world. There are also millions of different ways to achieve fitness. Some fitness followers enjoy video games with physical activity. While other people chose a more mind/body connection to fitness by enjoying Pilates or Yoga. Fitness can be competitive, fast-paced, and intense as well. Gyms like Crossfit are bringing Olympic levels of fitness to the average gym goer.
Healthy recipes add to the fitness lifestyle by giving complete nutrients back to the body that have been used up by the physical activity. Feeding the body the right balance of food, water and rest complete the fitness program for any individual.
According to the World Health Organization when we do achieve good health and physical condition risks to disease lower and our overall outlook on life improves.
