When you flex your muscles it can make women swoon and men fear you. However, in order to flex your cannons it takes sweating it out with exercise while maintaining a healthy diet so that you can lose fat and still have enough energy to take out the trash.

You might need to do your fat loss workout early in the morning before your brain figures out that the round object with a hole in the middle is a steel plate being placed on a barbell, not a donut.

Raw determination and discipline is all you need to build your muscles so that you can pull off your shirt and flex in front of the boss at your next company picnic, or the annual church bake sale.

There are several different types of workouts that can build muscle while you burn fat so that your muscles pop out when you flex. You can actually cut your training time in half with interval training workouts.

The blogosphere is full of websites on health and fitness, but don't waste your time reading about gimmicks and quick fixes. It still takes hard work and dedication.
