Flight of the Conchords is a Grammy Award-winning New Zealand musical comedy duo composed of Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. Billing themselves as "Formerly New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo a capella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo," the group uses a combination of witty observation, characterization and acoustic folk guitars.

The Flight of the Conchords is also a popular comedy series on HBO that chronicles the lives of Bret and Jemaine as they make their way through life in New York. The comedy duo are a favorite review topic in the blogosphere where you'll find many opinions and observations about them.

The duo's comedy and music became the basis of a BBC radio series and then the American HBO television series, which premiered in 2007. The second season aired in 2008.
