    The courts have actually viewed in favor of our rights and holding the government accountable! The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has stated that the US cannot conceal photos that feature abusive treatment of detainees and prisoners by US soldiers that are working in Iraq and Afghanistan.
