friendship

The word friendship is used to describe a relationship between people when they are considered friends of each other. There are all kinds of different friendships that people may have, such as people who are lifelong friends or even people who may only have met online. Sometimes people may refer to an online friendship to describe someone who they met through a networking site such as "Facebook". The term friendship may also be used to describe material things such as friendship bracelets or Wristbands. People may sometimes refer to a childhood friendship when they have been friends with someone from a very young age. You'll find the subject of friendship and specifically "making friends when you're depressed" being discussed over at The Friendship Blog.
