If you're one of those people who are just now hearing about Frontierville, the new Facebook game from Zynga, then you are getting left in the proverbial dust (literally). This game has absolutely exploded on Facebook and continues to gain thousands of users every single day.

Websites and blogs about Frontierville are popping up everywhere in cyberspace. Some are daily journals about game experiences, other are sharing Frontierville secrets, and others are simply forums where players can get together to compare notes and talk about the game.


Frontierville cobbles together several aspects of Zynga's previous games like Farmville, Treasure Isle, and Oregon Trail to create a fun new game that is full of puzzles and quests.

You begin the game by creating your own character (avatar). Then you settle a homestead, build a cabin, raise crops and animals, help neighbors, and even get married and raise a family.

This game can be addicting. Frontierville will start to be the first thing you log into every morning, and you will catch yourself checking it throughout the day, too. You might even log in on your iPhone while you are sitting at a traffic light to check how your crops are doing.
