The Perils of Owning a House - My Front Yard
http://www.pseudorant.com/ rid-fire-ants/The Only Ones Living Here Should be the Ones Who Have Paid A friend stopped by the house the other night with her dog, and while we were out playing in the yard I noticed a lot of “movement” in the grass. The dog kept sniffing one area and snorting at it, so finally I went to check out what the deal was.

boring, and a rant
http://wynedge.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 07/ boring.htmlSorry for the lack of posts lately. Not a lot going on to post about. Had a very busy week at work, and been busy around the house and yard also. Got one side of the mo-ho waxed, (damn that things big!) And hopefully fixed a water leak. I'm getting water on the dash of the mo-ho, and think it was coming from the marker lights.

ah. it's warm.
http://digthischick.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 06/ ah-its-warm.htmlIt finally feels like summer round here. We are dining on radish and spinach. I picked four peas yesterday and there are all of the sudden dozens more today. The firm, raw-green strawberries are established and ready to mature. The arugula is bitter and bolted.

Fourteen years later
http://www.battleofny.com/ 2008/ 06/ 14/ fourteen-years-later/It’s June 14th, 2008. Alright. You can probably figure out where I’m going and to be quite honest, I don’t even know why other than I just don’t have much other thoughts regarding the Rangers offseason. The season finally commenced officially the other night in Toronto and once again, no Ranger came close to taking home any hardware.

skiing is over, gardening has just begun.
http://digthischick.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ skiing-is-over-gardening-has-just-be…We have been having greens from our garden for the last few weeks. The soft, meaty taste of arugula that hasn't been on a refrigerated truck from California to Montana is bliss. Every year, I forget what that taste is like so it is always a wonderful surprise.

Back to old habits!
http://procrastination.vox.com/ library/ post/ back-to-old-habits.html?_c=feed-a…3 o'clock, Saturday afternoon - you know what that means. My net is back! I've officially banned my brother from excessive pod-cast downloading until I finish uni when I won't be needing the internet so much! Sadly, I am back to procrastinating and sadder - I'm doing uni work while the world is out there having fun.

Did someone say over?
http://www.battleofny.com/ 2008/ 04/ 30/ did-someone-say-over/“Over? Did you say over? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no! And it ain’t over now. Cause when the goin’ gets tough. The tough get goin’! Who’s with me? Let’s go!” Bluto: What the fuck happened to the Delta I used to know? Where’s the spirit?
