BUILDER CONFIDENCE INCREASES TWO POINTS IN SEPTEMBER

NAHB attributes the increase to recently enacted federal tax credits for homebuyers and lower mortgage rates in the wake of the takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
