Brazilian supermodel and actress Gisele Caroline Bundchen was born on July 20, 1980 in Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul. As the highest-paid model in the world, Gisele Bundchen has graced the the cover of hundreds of magazines, appeared on countless billboards and is the face of more than 20 international brands.

Discovered when she was 14 in a shopping mall, Gisele Bundchen has been the prime choice of photographers, magazine editors and fashion designers alike since 1999 when she first appeared on the cover of Vogue.

Gisele has appeared in advertising campaigns for major fashion labels, such as Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Valentino, Celine, Gianfranco Ferre, and Chloe. Between 2000 and 2007, she strutted her stuff on the catwalk as a Victoria's Secret Angel.

She made her acting debut in the 2004 remake of Taxi and played a minor part in the 2006 hit The Devil Wears Prada alongside Anne Hathaway.

Gisele married all-star NFL quarterback Tom Brady on February 26, 2009 in a small Catholic ceremony in Los Angeles.
