You weren’t starting to get festival fatigue, were you? ‘Cause there are still a few more to go. In addition to the second-annual Treasure Island festival, San Francisco now has yet another summer music festival to add to the list: the Slow Food Rocks Festival.

Ah yes, another beautiful weekend in San Francisco. And not just any weekend -- Labor Day weekend. Three glorious days of playing in the sun. For those of us who can't afford tickets to all the Slow Food Nation fun (or for those freaks who hate eating), here's some other stuff going down this weekend.

So, just in case you didn’t get enough of trodding around in a park, spending money like it was free, for days straight last weekend, we have the cure for you this weekend: Slow Food Rocks. It’s a bit unfortunate, because with Gnarls Barkley, Ozomatli, Phil Lesh & Friends and a good supporting cast, this is a good lineup.

British singer-songwriter Bryn Christopher’s currently known as the male Amy Winehouse and “that guy who had the song on the last episode of the last season of Grey’s Anatomy.” Except we’re pretty sure he’s not a tragically emphysema-ridden crackpot.

After two mind blowing days and two nights of official aftershows, including a marathon set from Broken Social Scene at the Metro the night before (recap coming tomorrow), Ben and I were tired that Sunday morning.  To say the least.  But Day 3 held one band in particular that I was ultra excited
