Have a good day! Good morning! Good night! Wow, if all of these well wishes came true every day, life would truly be good. But, there are good days and bad days, peaks and valleys.

When a child is misbehaving, he is told to be good. It's nice to have a good meal. It's always fun to have a good time. We all like to feel good (well). It seems that good is what most people strive for, and good is often equated with happiness. Why can't bad just cease to exist, and there only be good? Well, without bad there wouldn't be good, and vice versa. Having bad allows for us to enjoy the good there is in life.


Good can be pretty subjective at times. Just like one man's garbage is another man's treasure, people have a tendency to interpret what is good differently. When one person qualifies for what she thinks is a pretty good deal with her car insurance discounts, another person may turn up her nose at the same figures and keep looking.


Good is often looked upon as a moral choice or an ethical behavior. Laws are formed around what a society collectively determines as good and bad actions. Bloggers speaking about good can be found at sites like goodideas and havefundogood.
