Google Doctype [HTML version] is an encyclopedia of the open web, that can be edited by anyone who has a Google account and wants to keep it up-to-date or add new articles. The encyclopedia contains articles about web security, DOM manipulation, CSS, HTML best practices, references for HTML, DOM, CSS, complete with browser compatibility information.

Google Translate, has added translation capabilities for 10 new languages to bringing the total to 23 languages. The newly featured languages include Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hindi, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian and Swedish.

YouTube Insight, is a free video analytics tool for YouTube, that enables users to view “detailed statistics” about their videos. Google has added a new feature to insight called “demographics” tab, that displays view count information broken down by age group (such as ages 18-24), gender, or a combination of the two, to help you get a better understanding of the makeup of your YouTube audience.

As I was happily updating my theme on Hack Your Day I managed to overwrite the index.php file of my website danielpataki.com instead of the one for Hack Your Day. I only noticed now, so I had no undo option and no local copy, since I just made that page 2 days ago and hadn’t backed up yet, stupid, I know.
