Has spring really started?
http://boeboe-fiel.blogspot.com/ 2008/ 05/ sneeuw.htmlIt's been over 24 degrees for over a week now. It's so hot even riding a bike is too much effort. Yet, in the mountains it is still winter. Me and a friend decided to go hiking, but we could have better brought our skis.. Nevertheless, after hours and hours of wading trough snow and falling until my waist trough the snow, we managed to find places where spring has started.

Hidden in Switzerland – Salouf on the Roman road

Without perspective, this grouping of buildings and barns is only another sleepy mountain village, however, Salouf comes alive with history.

This naked, recumbent deity is pouring water out of jar while he holds a shovel. I guess a river starts in Samedan Commune.
