happiness
Happiness is one of the most powerful emotions you can feel. It makes everything in life better. The feeling occurs when you find a situation to be favorable. Most people want more happiness but have accidentally assigned their happiness to external events and therefore don’t experience happiness very often.
People who are generally happy recognize that nothing outside of themselves creates happiness. The emotion you feel is the response you choose consciously or unconsciously to stimulus. The challenge for anyone seeking more happiness is to learn how to change the context of each situation and find happiness everywhere they look.
