hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton is now the Secretary of State under the Obama Administration after a failed bid against the nation's first African-American president. As a democratic candidate for President, running against Barrack Obama, she was part of the historical Presidential Election of 2008.

Hillary Clinton was elected United States Senator from New York. As the wife of former president Bill Clinton, she is the first First Lady elected to the United States Senate and the first woman elected statewide in New York. She also won re-election by a wide margin.

With Hillary's many firsts in the past few years she has become a popular figure/topic for many who blog. As the Secretary of State, and her travels all over the world, i.e. her recent trip to Asia, we will be watching and reading about Hillary Clinton for quite some time to come.
