Of all the elements on the Periodic Table, Hydrogen is the all-star. Hydrogen has the Atomic Number "1", and it really is #1! It also has the symbol "H" for Hydrogen, but that "H" could just as well stand for "Hero," "Hot Stuff," or even "Hercules" because Hydrogen is the King of all the Elements!

Not only is Hydrogen the most common element in the universe, but it is the lightest of all the elements.


Hydrogen makes up the raw element in stars throughout the universe, which is pretty cool, but it is also used for Hydrogen Gas, Hydrogen Energy, and the Hydrogen Bomb (H-Bomb)! Hydrogen is also used in hydrogen peroxide, and is heavily used in the petroleum and chemical industries.

All the other elements on the Periodic Table are envious of Hydrogen and they all want to be just like Hydrogen. But that's like asking Pavarotti to teach you how to sing like him, or asking Michael Jordan to teach you how to play basketball like him.

Ain't never gonna to happen...
