Just in case you were amongst the first to grab the iPhone when it was released back on June 29, 2007, today is the last day of your one-year warranty, which means it is also the last day to add the AppleCare Protection Plan.

While AT&T has yet to announce any plans for a pre-paid iPhone, some overseas carriers have already announced their plans to do so. So, just how many people are going to be willing to shell out the higher price tag that the non-subsidized version will require?

While its not exactly the same as a true iPhone to iPhone 3G comparison, these images do give us a good look at the difference in sizing between the two iPhone models. The measurements are just about the same, but the pics make the iPhone 3G look much more streamlined.
