I got a nice comment on my site the other day from Adam Montandon, a nice English bloke (is that the right terminology?) I had the pleasure of meeting at the ICE08 (Interactive Content Exchange) at MaRS a few weeks ago.

I create content in other places than Eloquation. Here’s a quick look at some of the places I’ve been dabbling on the web this week. Over on blogTO, I covered the launch of Metronauts.ca, free movies for costume-donners, and the best ice cream in Toronto. It is spring, after all.

Yesterday I had a chance to speak on a panel at ICE08.  My fellow panelists included Amber MacArthur (ex-CityTV, new media strategist, video blogger and all round great person), Kris Krug (aka kk+, President of Rain City Studios and one of the best known photographers in Canada – check out Static

Viigo has teamed up with Interactive Ontario to bring the ICE08 (Interactive Content Exchange) conference to smartphones everywhere. Using the ICE08 edition of Viigo, which you can snag by pointing your mobile brower here, users will be able to get live updates from the conference and news from blog feeds covering it.

A quick heads up for those of you that might be wondering why I won’t be answering your calls later this week: I’m going to be attending ICE08 from Wednesday to Friday, so if you’re not contacting me through Twitter, you’re probably not getting in touch with me at all until this weekend.

This Thursday and Friday, I’ll be in Toronto attending Interactive Ontario’s ICE08 conference, and will be participating in a panel called “Convergence: Interactive Marketing Channels” with Jon Lax of Teehan and Lax, and Todd Henwood of Publicis Modem, moderated by David Crow of Microsoft and DemoCamp fame.
