Alright, I’ve been really negligent of this column. I have no excuse — unless laziness counts? Anyway, I’m going to try to catch up. This time we’re looking at Episode 7’s music for both Gossip Girl and 90210 (this is NOT what aired this week, so please spare me the “corrections”).  Gossip Girl took Episode 6’s Music Showdown (surprisingly!!), but this week looks like a no brainer.

She has released her new album, Be Ok as part of the "Download to Make A Difference" campaign on AmieStreet.com, to benefit leading Cancer research foundation Stand Up To Cancer.

Ingrid Michaelson's third release, Be OK, is not really a studio release. Put together with some new tracks, covers and live recordings, it is a benefit project with a portion of the proceeds going to Stand Up To Cancer. Released last week on her own label Cabin 24 Records, Be OK is more stripped down than last year's Girls & Boys.
