The Dictionary description is here, however most blogs using the Tag "International" use it to describe a blog which casts its scope wider than the borders of its own country. A blog which uses the Tag "International" will have a more global outlook on its subject matter, as opposed to blogs of a more national character.
Posts with "International" will normally have similar, global subject matter on a wide array of topics, examples of which would be Politics, Economics, The Environment, and many more.
