    Strange news from the ICTR, the Prosecutor has distanced itself from Human Rights Watch claiming that HRW sources are “inadmissible and not very reliable. This is because of the HRW resisting ICTR attempts to move trials to Rwandan courts to fulfil its completion strategy and ignores the fact that the Prosecutor has used HRW sources in virtually all trials.

    Mumbai: Three Air India (AI) engineers have been suspended pending inquiry into Friday’s incident in which the nose gear of one of its aircraft collapsed during a routine pre-flight inspection. "An inquiry into the incident has begun and one aircraft maintenance engineer, one assistant engineer and one service engineer have been suspended," said an AI spokesperson.
