Looking to generate web traffic to sell your products or services? Internet marketing is one of the best mediums to accomplish this task. With hundreds of millions of people at your fingertips the internet cannot be ignored!

The key to internet marketing is to drive targeted traffic.  It's easy send people to your web site; go to ebay and type in "web site traffic" and you'll find offers for $20, but that traffic is not targeted traffic and will most likely not result in a single sale.

Search engine optimization, web 2.0 marketing, leveraging videos, social tagging, and content marketing are just a few of the most popular methods of internet marketing.

At the end of the day, you need to track your marketing to see which methods are producing the best traffic.  Then, simply tweak and continue optimizing for the best results!
